Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use TubePersona. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Description of Service

TubePersona is an AI-powered tool that analyzes publicly available YouTube data (yours or a competitor's) and generates content strategy outputs, including scripts, titles, hooks, SEO metadata, thumbnail concepts, and monetization suggestions ("Blueprints").

TubePersona uses YouTube API Services. By using TubePersona, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

3. Account Registration

To use TubePersona, you must create an account by signing in with Google, or with an email address (via password or a one-time magic link). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

TubePersona offers (or will offer) both subscription plans (billed monthly or annually) and one-time purchase options. Current plans and pricing are listed on our Pricing page. Some plans may not yet be available for purchase; the Pricing page will indicate what is currently active.

Payment processing, once paid plans are live, will be handled by a third-party payment processor (Whop). By purchasing a plan, you agree to that processor's applicable terms.

Monthly usage limits. Each plan includes a set number of Blueprints per billing period, as described on the Pricing page. Unused Blueprints do not roll over to the next period unless otherwise stated.

No refunds. All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds once access to the Service has been granted, except where required by applicable law.

EU/UK consumers — right of withdrawal. If you are a consumer located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may ordinarily have a 14-day right to withdraw from this contract without giving a reason. By checking the consent box presented at checkout, you expressly request that TubePersona begin providing the Service to you immediately, and you acknowledge that, by doing so, you lose your right of withdrawal once the Service has been fully or partially delivered to you. If you do not wish to waive this right, do not check that box and do not begin using the Service until the 14-day period has elapsed.

Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time from Billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; no partial refunds are provided for the remaining period unless required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate YouTube's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or any applicable law
• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the Service's technical limitations
• Resell, sublicense, or provide unauthorized third-party access to the Service
• Use automated means (bots, scripts) to access the Service beyond normal use
• Use the Service to harass, defame, or infringe on the rights of others
• Misrepresent AI-generated content as independently verified fact where accuracy matters (e.g., financial, legal, or medical claims)

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

Your content. You retain ownership of the video URLs, inputs, and any original material you submit to the Service.

Generated content. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and an active or completed paid plan where applicable, you may use the scripts, titles, thumbnails, and other Blueprint content generated for you for your own YouTube channel and related commercial purposes.

Our platform. TubePersona, its branding, design, and underlying technology remain our exclusive property. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or platform source code.

Third-party data. Video titles, statistics, and comments retrieved from YouTube remain the property of their respective owners and YouTube/Google. TubePersona does not claim ownership over this underlying public data.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

TubePersona uses artificial intelligence (including third-party models) to generate content suggestions. AI-generated output:

• May contain inaccuracies and should be reviewed before use
• Is provided as a starting point and strategic suggestion, not a guarantee of results (views, revenue, or growth)
• Does not constitute professional legal, financial, or medical advice

You are solely responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to publish any AI-generated content.

8. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee that using TubePersona will increase your views, subscribers, or revenue. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including YouTube's algorithm, audience behavior, and content execution.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TubePersona and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time via Settings (/dashboard/settings).

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
